Don’t do something the way you do it, just to play it safe. Do it because you want to do it that way. It’s true that you need a certain level of certainty if you have a lot of people depending on you, but from time to time you need to cross your comfort barrier and experience something new. Without risk there are no gains and without gains there is no improvement. And since there is no stagnation, risk-taking is essential for keeping and improving your life’s quality.

Many are capable of hiding in their comfort zone and moaning about the state they are currently in, but only few have guts to make some changes and enjoy the quality of life we adore so much. Want to earn more? Offer better service to others. Want better health? Develop healthier eating and exercising habits. Want better love life? Dedicate more of your time to your partner and discovering new relationship and sexual practices.
Simple facts, but not so simple when their execution is at stake. Because we have to change our habits and that means getting out of our comfort zone. But when you conquer such practice, all limits suddenly disappear and only those emerge that you set for yourself. You are finally aware that there’s no barrier you couldn’t eventually cross, it only depends on how persistent are you.
Everything human-made and accomplished, was an idea in one’s head, just like ideas in yours. The only question that emerges is how bad do you want them to realize? And I know it won’t be easy. It never was!
